Provided you get the right footpegs for your make and model, motorcycle footpegs are usually a pretty easy custom change to make to your bike. Make and model specific they will slot straight into existing peg mounts. Alternatively choose clamp-on pegs and attach to your highway bars, allowing you to stretch out your legs when cruising down the highway.
